Linette Eke, BSN, MSN, FNP-BC, PMHNP is a dynamic, experienced, and knowledgeable healthcare professional who is devoted to positively improving the overall health of her patients. She is driven to provide the highest quality of nursing care to diverse patient populations. Ms. Eke received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Towson University in Towson, MD and her Master of Science degree from Bowie State University in Bowie, MD. She received her PMHNP from Wilmington University in New Castle, DE. While mentoring children with a history of abuse and neglect, she fell in love with mental health nursing. This passion has focused her career on counseling, addiction medicine, integrative treatments, and complementary and alternative (CAM) medicine.

As a board-certified family nurse practitioner and mental health providers, Linette has had great success in treating various behavioral health disorders. She utilizes an integrative, strength-based approach to meet the needs of her patients’ lifestyles, personal experiences, and backgrounds. Linette is currently proud to be a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the American Nurses Association (ANA).

Patricia Onyemeziem, BSN, MSN, PMHNP, PHD

Bachelors in Science of Nursing, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Population: Adult/ & Older Adults

Dr. Onyemeziem is a highly respected and knowledgeable mental health provider and mental health professor at Johns Hopkins, who brings a great balance of mental health treatment and education to all of her clients. She is passionate and enthusiastic in regards to all that she does and believes in providing the most optimal care to all walks of life. She loves to travel, and frequently resides between the U.S. and Nigeria, where she is from.

She works with adults, older adults and families. Paticia has experience and training in clinical medicine at Johns Hopkins and Mental health. She comes from working in hospital-based settings and private practice medicine. She is a graduate of Walden university with her Master’s in psychiatric mental health and shares her love and passion for enhancing her abilities to be the best at what she does. She is compassionate in guiding individuals in becoming their best selves and is able to build rapport with clients and with the trust and commitment, create interdisciplinary treatment plans that clients can adhere to and successfully work on with therapy and medication management.

Tyisha Foster

Tyisha is a caring and professional therapist that has been a part of FMW Medical Services for the past 1 year and a half. She brings a unique blend of skills, experiences, and passion to the FMW team. She is confident in her abilities as a therapist and has shown her dedication to excellence and unwavering commitment to client care, which has shown to be a valuable asset to our organization. She currently utilizes the ‘caring model’ by Newman when providing treatment for her clients. She believes in building trust and rapport with her clients to get to the core of the problem and holistically treating the individual in a cohesive family-based approach when developing the treatment plan for the individual to improve one’s overall health and wellness. She loves what she does and it is shown with her authentic caring and positive attitude towards all she does. She primarily works with individual therapy and family therapy sessions and her area of expertise centers around conditions including; Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Trauma Disorders, Grief and Loss, and ADHD/Spectrum Disorders.

Charisse is a highly utilized and dynamic part of the FMW team. She comes from a diverse background in human services and counseling and is working towards being a marriage and family therapist in the next 5 years. One of the attributes that sets her apart as a therapist is her ability to empathize deeply with her clients and she is able to approach each session with an open heart and mind, striving to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings.

Furthermore, her strong communication skills enable her to effectively convey complex ideas and emotions, fostering meaningful connections with my clients. She has a knack for active listening, picking up on both verbal and non-verbal cues to gain deeper insights into my clients’ underlying concerns and using the information and goals retrieved from her sessions to create a comprehensive treatment plan that produces great outcomes for the client and therapist. She primarily works with individual therapy and CBT therapy sessions and her area of expertise centers around conditions including; Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Sleep Disorders, and Adjustment Disorders/Grief Loss.

This innate curiosity has led her to pursue a degree in social work, where she has gained a solid theoretical foundation in counseling techniques and therapeutic approaches. However, it was through real- world experiences and interactions with individuals from diverse backgrounds that she truly discovered her calling as a therapist. She primarily works with Individual therapy, Play/Art Therapy, and Family therapy sessions and her area of expertise centers around conditions including; Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Trauma Disorders, Grief and Loss, and ADHD/Spectrum Disorders.
